Employment of Kiron Bhaskar

I am a Consulting Mechanical Engineer currently employed at Delphi (Chassis) through a consulting firm , Bartech Corporation. My primary responsibilities include developing Computer Aided Engineering Tools ( CAE ) for designing and analyzing various Chassis Components, rolling out new and improved CAE tools and techniques to Designers and Product Engineers and training them. I have been employed at Delphi Chassis since February 2000.

TECUMSEH PRODUCTS, TECUMSEH, MI

Before joining Delphi, I was working for Tecumseh Products Company, second largest manufacturer of hermetically sealed compressors, as Product Development Engineer at their Compressor manufacturing facility in Tecumseh, MI. member of a team whose objective was to develop a reversible compressor for refrigeration applications. I worked for Tecumseh from June 1999 till Dec 1999.

WRIGHT STATE UNIVERSITY, DAYTON, OH

While doing my Masters Degree at Wright State University, I worked as Graduate Research / Teaching Assistant for 2 years ( August 1997 till June 1999 ). During my teaching assistantship I was responsible for the following graduate and undergraduate level lab classes.

My first job as a Mechanical Engineering was in March ( 28 th ) 1994, immeadiately after I graduated with a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Government College Of Engineering, Trivandrum, Kerala, India. I was a Engineering Management Trainee with one of India's leading Petrochemical Company, Southern Petrochemicals Corporation ( SPIC, Ltd ). I was appointed as Engineer ( Inspection & Maintenance ), responsible for Rotating Machines, after my initial training period of 1 year.
